Requirements to Become a Security Guard in Dubai
To work as a security guard in Dubai, you generally need a SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) certification. This certification ensures that security professionals meet the highest industry standards set by Dubai authorities. With a SIRA Certificate If you already have a valid SIRA certification, you can apply directly for security positions with us.
Requirements:
- Valid SIRA Security Guard License
- Previous experience in security (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good communication skills and physical fitness
- Ability to work in a team and handle emergencies professionally
How to Apply?

Without a SIRA Certificate
If you do not yet have a SIRA certification, we can guide you through the process or, in some cases, offer training assistance.
Steps to Obtain a SIRA Certificate:
- SIRA Training Course: Enroll in an approved SIRA training program, which covers topics such as security systems, emergency procedures, legal aspects, first aid, and fire safety. The course typically lasts 5 days and costs approximately 1,000 AED.
- Examination: After training, you must pass a SIRA exam with a minimum score of 60%.
- Required Documents:
- Completed application form
- Copy of your passport or Emirates ID
- Two passport-sized colored photos
- Proof of payment for training fees
- Submission & Approval: Submit your application to SIRA for approval and receive your official license.
